DEC 01, 2003 (newstodate): The Swedish Luftfartsverket has decided to postpone the implementation of two new ATM centers in Stockholm and Malmoe and the new ATC system, Eurocat 2000E.
Originally scheduled for implementation by December 27, the launch is now expected by early March "at the earliest".
