NOV 18, 2003 (newstodate): The Emirates' first budet airline, Air Arabia has taken in its second aircraft, another Airbus A320.
The airline, based at Dubai, performed its first commercial flight on October 28, will initially be operating three new leased Airbus A320 aircraft from Sharjah to Muscal, Bahrain, Qatar, Beirut, Aman, Damascus, Shiraj, Isfahan, Tehran and Cairo.
Plans are to add routes to South Asian destinations as well, including Colombo from December.
