OCT 31, 2003 (newstodate): Czech ATC company Rizeni Letoveho Provozu is seeing EU's liberal Single European Sky a virtual "cash cow".
The low cost of flying over the Czech Republic is already prompting an increasing number of airlines to re-route their aircraft over the country, and the company further expects that a shake-up in the management of European airspace should open up even more potentials for RLP to make money.
The company says en-route traffic has incrased by 300 percent over the last 12 months.
The Czech Republic's en-route charges are only half those of Austria, and 40 percent less than those of Germany.
