Copenhagen, Jan 28, 2003 (newstodate): SAS Cargo has not yet worked out a detailed plan for the future operational integration with the ex-Novia airfreight terminal taken over from January 1 this year.
An SAS Cargo spokesman confirms that airlines formerly handled by Novia remain in this terminal without immediate changes.
No decision has thus been taken to move handling of all-freighters to the former Novia terminal that is located at the eastern part of Copenhagen Airport, while SAS Cargo's own cargo terminal stands immediately adjoining the passenger terminal.
-The over-all demand for air cargo handling at Copenhagen Airport is currently not so intense as to require immediate changes, the spokesman said.
