Dec 07, 2016 (newstodate): The Czech carrier CSA is to open flights on a new route from Prague to Denmark's Aarhus Airport, in mid-Jutland.
Flights will commence from May 11, 2017, with four weekly rotations using ATR 72 aircraft.
The new route will serve Aarhus, the second largest city in Denmark and an academic and economic center of Jutland and to become European Capital of Culture in 2017.
West Danmark was earlier connected to Prague by CSA at Billund Airport from 2015, but services on the route was stopped from this winter schedule as part of CSA's general reining-in of flights on its European schedules.
